Zoe Stallings, LPC - Licensed sex therapist specializing in DBT, Internal Family Systems, and relationship counseling

Therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self without feeling like you need to explain, minimize, or change who you are. My goal is to create a warm, affirming, and curious space where you feel genuinely understood while also feeling supported in making meaningful changes in your life.

I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as individuals exploring sexuality, gender, identity, relationships, and what it means to live more authentically. Our work might include understanding emotional patterns, navigating relationships, unmasking, strengthening boundaries, exploring identity, or simply figuring out what you need and want outside of others’ expectations.

I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. I want our work together to reflect who you are, how you experience the world, and what matters to you. I have training in EMDR and draw from somatic, DBT, and IFS approaches, integrating techniques from each to help you better understand your experiences, work through difficult emotions, and create meaningful change in a way that feels supportive and aligned with your needs. Ultimately, I hope to help you better understand yourself, feel more confident in who you are, and create a life and relationships that feel genuinely like your own.
