I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who gets it - not like you’re being analyzed under a microscope. I’ve spent my career walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate some of life’s most tender, complicated moments. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood and where therapy feels human, relatable, and accessible rather than distant or clinical.

Many of the people who find their way to my office are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent years caring for others or living up to expectations while quietly carrying stress, disconnection, shame, or emotional exhaustion. Therapy can be a place to slow down, tell the truth about what you’ve been carrying, and begin building a life that feels more aligned with who you actually are.

I’m especially passionate about providing education and support around sex, intimacy, and relationships - topics that are often neglected or surrounded by fear, shame, or misinformation. Many of us grew up with little to no accurate information about our bodies, sexuality, or emotional connection. In our work together, we create space to explore these parts of your life with curiosity rather than judgment, helping you reconnect with your body, your desires, and your capacity for closeness and trust.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. I grew up in purity culture and understand firsthand the confusion, shame, and disconnection it can create around sexuality, relationships, and identity. My own process of deconstructing and rebuilding my spirituality and relationship to my body has shaped how I show up in the therapy room - with compassion, curiosity, and the belief that nothing about you is “too much” to talk about.

My approach integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy with relational work, EMDR, and somatic awareness to help clients process past experiences while building new patterns of safety and connection. I also incorporate symbolic and narrative frameworks that help clients reconnect with meaning, intuition, and personal agency - especially for those exploring identity, spirituality, or life outside of rigid systems that once shaped their beliefs.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing happens when people feel safe enough to tell the truth about their lives. My role is to help create that space so you can explore what’s been difficult, reclaim parts of yourself that may have been silenced or misunderstood, and begin building relationships, and a life, that feel genuinely aligned with who you are.
