Our Story

Aligning Intimacy Therapy began with a simple but powerful vision: to create a practice where people could heal in the most human parts of themselves—relationships, sexuality, and identity. What started as one therapist’s passion grew into a collaborative team committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. Rooted in specialties like sex therapy, EMDR, and relationship counseling, the practice was designed to be a place where clients could feel both safe and challenged, where difficult conversations about intimacy, pain, and connection could unfold without shame.

Over time, Aligning Intimacy has grown into more than a therapy office—it’s a hub for education, community, and transformation. Clinicians bring diverse expertise, yet share the same belief: that intimacy is not about perfection, but about presence, trust, and authentic connection. Whether through one-on-one therapy, couples work, or continuing education for professionals, the practice continues to evolve with one guiding thread—helping people align with themselves and their relationships in ways that feel grounded, courageous, and deeply human.
