You aren’t broken, and you don’t have to carry it all on your own.

Life has a way of weathering us. Between the quiet weight of anxiety, the exhaustion of high achievement, and the constant effort to hold everything together, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from your body, your goals, and the people you love. If hyper-independence became your shield, you may be realizing that the ironclad armor that helped you survive chaos is now keeping you stuck, unraveling in the moments when you finally reach a place of safety.

You aren’t trying to “get back to who you were before.” There is no before, only the person you survived to become, and the version of you waiting to finally feel safe enough to exist fully.

I create a warm, grounded, and deeply compassionate space where you can pause, lay down what you’ve been carrying, and bring your whole, authentic self without leaving any piece at the door. I work with adults rewiring their lives after severe trauma, late-diagnosed or questioning Neurodivergent individuals, and people unlearning survival strategies that no longer serve them.

My practice is proudly poly/ENM-affirming, sex and kink positive, LGBTQ+ aligned, and I believe therapy should make room for the larger systems and realities that shape our lives. Capitalism, patriarchy, and the expectations they place on us can contribute to real exhaustion, disconnection, and harm. The world can feel overwhelming, and I won’t ask you to pretend otherwise.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about honoring the wisdom of your body and the parts of you that kept you alive. My approach is somatic, holistic, and deeply collaborative. Together, we weave evidence-based tools such as EMDR, Somatic Expression, Parts Work (IFS), and DBT, with room for spiritual exploration, religious deconstruction, and honoring your connection to something cosmic, earth-based, or unseen.
